It's going to be a short week!!!!

I do not have a picture to share with all of you this week, just some updates on what we have been doing.  This last week we started switching for reading and math classes.  This was a little chaotic the first couple days, but I think we are starting to get the hang of things now.  We worked all week on the PowerPoints for our Regions reports, and I expect they will be really good when they present next week.

There was a fundraising assembly Friday afternoon, however I had a doctor's appt. Friday afternoon so I do not know all the particulars yet.  I will post something as soon as I know all the due dates.

In science we worked on classification, we are going to be finishing this subject up this week and then starting the cells, plant and animal.  Also, I have been nurturing an avocado seed over the summer and it is ready to plant.  If anyone has a large planting pot they would be willing to donate so that we can plant the seed in our class and watch it grow, I would really appreciate it.  It doesn't have to be new, or even pretty, I just need something bigger than what I have.  :)

This is going to be a short week, so we have a lot to learn in a short amount of time.  I hope everyone had a good relaxing weekend, and you are ready to get back to work!!!!
